What does Helms cost?

Helms is free for up to 7 clients. Paid plans are Coach at £69 a month for up to 30 clients, Studio at £119 for up to 75, and Team at £279 for unlimited clients and three coach seats.

Annual billing is £689, £1,189 and £2,789, which is two months free, and every paid plan starts with a 14 day free trial.

What changes between plans

Free is the real platform for up to 7 clients: training, nutrition, check-ins, progress, offline logging, a booking page, group sessions with a waitlist, a revenue dashboard and monthly branded receipts. It has no social scheduling, no AI suite and no funnels.

Coach adds your own branded app, meal-photo AI logging, an AI mentor for clients, voice-note transcripts and Instagram scheduling.

Studio adds the full AI layer (agent chat, insights, social AI) and funnels.

Team adds unlimited clients and three coach seats. Extra seats are £30 to £40 each.

What's free on every plan

You can export a client's whole record from their page on any plan, Free included: plans, every logged set, check-ins, progress photos, biomarkers, supplements and messages. The move from another platform is free too.

What you don't pay for

Helms takes no cut of what your clients pay you. They pay you through your own Stripe or GoCardless.
