What does Free actually get me?

Can I move between tiers?
Any time, up or down. You move up when you cross a client count or want the AI layer; nothing's locked in.
I'm coming from another coaching app. Can I bring my clients?
Yes. We'll help you migrate your clients and their history across so you're not re-typing a year of data by hand. Ask on your demo.
I'm coming from Google Sheets. Can I bring my clients?
Yes, and this is the one we're best at. Send us the sheet as it is, however messy: we've moved whole client lists out of coaching templates before, including training plans, meal plans, supplements and weeks of check-in history. You don't tidy it up first.
Does the AI message my clients on its own?
Never. It drafts and proposes; nothing reaches a client without your say-so. The admin gets handled, the coaching stays yours.
