How do I move my clients off Trainerize or Google Sheets?

Send me what you can get out of your current platform, or the sheet exactly as it is, and I'll rebuild it in your Helms account for free. That covers clients, plans, supplements and check-in history.

If you're on a spreadsheet

Send the sheet however messy it is. I've moved whole client lists out of coaching templates before, including training plans, meal plans, supplements and weeks of check-in history. Spreadsheets are the move I'm best at.

If you're on another platform

Export whatever the platform lets you export and send it over. Platforms differ in what they hand you, so I rebuild the rest from what's there. If you'd rather do it yourself, there are self-serve importers for a client roster CSV, the full Helms template, and Cronometer or MyFitnessPal food diaries.

What your clients see

They log in to the new app and find their plan waiting, with history carried across. On a paid plan the app is yours, with your name, icon and colours. On Free they use the Helms app with your business name inside it.

If you leave later

You can export a client's whole record from their page on any plan, Free included: plans, every logged set, check-ins, progress photos, biomarkers, supplements and messages. Your clients can export their own record too.
